Katelyn E. Paider
Associate Attorney
After graduating law school, Katelyn joined Falk Legal Group as an attorney and practices in the areas of insurance litigation, business litigation, and family dispute litigation. Although she is the newest attorney in the firm, she began her career as the firm’s administrative assistant. After taking on the roles of paralegal and lead paralegal, Katelyn took a brief hiatus from the firm to attend UW-Madison for law school before returning to her current position.
During law school, Katelyn spent a year as a member of the Family Court Clinic, where she assisted low-income individuals with family law issues including divorce, child support, and placement. She also worked as a law clerk at a firm specializing in worker’s compensation defense and was a member of the Wisconsin Journal of Law, Gender and Society.
Katelyn left her hometown of Lac du Flambeau, Wisconsin to attend Connecticut College, but returned to her home state after graduation. She is an active athlete, participating in volleyball and cricket, as well as individual sports including cross-country skiing and running. She also likes to curl up on the couch with her dogs and a dystopian novel—and she’s always happy to get recommendations.
